I love the rain! I love the wonderful smell, the cozy feel and the amazing sounds a storm can create. And though I may love it with all of my heart, and see it as an opportunity to get creative – most brides don’t share my feelings when it comes to rain on their wedding day. Rain on your wedding day is one of the things brides stress about the most – except for this bride, of course! Candice and her groom Darko did not let their rainy wedding day forecast get them down! The rain poured while they happily got dressed. It poured as they sprinted to and from their cars to the church. It poured outside of the stained glass church windows as she walked down the aisle. It poured as they said their “I do’s”; and then… it stopped. As if it knew it needed to, it stopped just in time for us to dance between the raindrops for a few outdoor shots before heading to the reception! It was a perfect day, for two people who couldn’t be more perfect for one another. Here are some of my favourite images from Candice and Darko’s sweet day!
