Brenda and Shane hosted their nearest and dearest for their intimate DIY backyard wedding at Brenda’s parent’s beautiful country property in Mitchell’s Bay on what was most likely the windiest day of the year.

This day was full of love… and wind. Lots of wind.. but mostly love. Their love for one another was undeniable. Their love for their family and friends was evident, and the love they received back was so heartwarming! There was so much love floating around that there was even a surprise proposal that took place shortly after the ceremony!

I must admit, I’ve never used the words “break torque” in a sentence before this day, or (let’s be honest) really even knew what it meant, but Shane’s request to capture him and his groomsmen performing this feat in his car made for some excellent photos of the happy couple at the end of the day. Brenda and Shane, you’re perfect for one another, and I feel so special to have been a part of your story! Thank you. xo
